Who am I: My name is Nettie Shuttes and I am from Singaraja (North) of Bali, Indonesia.
I have lived in Somerset West sing 2007.

My experience : Before my Bali Spa I ran my own aerobice and step gym from my home studio and prior to that I wored as a fitness instructor at Club Med as well as managing a health spa.

About my spa: In 2016 I converted my fitness studio in to "Bali Spa". Many of my clients have expressed that they prefer to visit a private spa where they receive a more personalised treatment.

About my massages: Many spa's offer Swedish ans Thai massages which are pleasant however clients are left feeling relaxed rather than treated. Our bodies are in constant state of stress leaving the muscles, joints and tendons sore and in spasm.

I offer deep tissue massage which works the knots out of the muscles.

I also offer cupping which is an Asian treatment dating back many centruies and is very good for blood circulation.
